We took a trip to Heber, Utah for a ride on the Polar Express.
Everyone was dressed in PJ’s as we boarded the Polar Express for a 90-minute train ride to the North Pole. Along the way, an Elf read the story of “The Polar Express.”
The rail cars were warm and cozy and everyone got a cup of hot chocolate and a cookie from a cute baker.
When we arrived at the North Pole, Santa was there to take photos with each child and he gave everyone a special gift.
On the way back everyone joined in and sang Christmas Carols and shared jokes with the festive Elves.
The grandkids loved it. Just wearing PJ’s and riding in a train on a wintry night with all their cousins was fun but add a baker, some elves and Santa and it was magical. We will definitely do it again.
The Polar Express departs every night at 5:00 and 7:30 pm from the beginning of December up to the 23rd. Check for coupons early in November.
