This was a fun and yummy easter activity for my grandkiddos.
Supplies were simple and I purchased all of them at my local Michaels. All you need Candy Melts, Sprinkles, and Easter Candy.
We used cookie cutters since we didn’t have any large candy molds.
We used aluminum foil to wrap around the cookie cutters. It was easy enough for even the kiddos to do.
We put the candy melts in microwaveable bowls and heated each bowl for 30 minutes at 50% power.
We sprinkled a few jimmies and candy into the molds then spooned in different colors of the melted chocolate. After the molds were filled with the chocolate we added some more sprinkles and candy.
Some of the chocolate and candy needed to be sampled and it all passed the taste test.
The molds were cooled in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes and then we carefully removed the foil and pushed the bunnies out of the molds.
Each one was different but they were all yummy.
These are just a few of the bunnies that survived the hungry kiddos.
